A pipeline and canal system can be built from Walcott, WY to Green River, WY which will pump water from the North Platt River into the Green River. Instead of the water ending up in the Mississippi River, it will end up in Lake Meade.
The system will be 120 miles long and will be expected to take 2 years to build.
This won’t solve the problem, but it will allow more water to be used along the Green River.
