California’s Unlimited Water and Power Supply

With California having an unlimited supply of water and almost unlimited supply of sunlight and wind, all that is needed is the equipment and infrastructure to move and water and transmit the power. It has been done by many other countries; the US can achieve the same goal.

There is an estimated 352,670,000,000,000,000,000 (you can’t even pronounce this number) gallons of water in the ocean and 97% of all water on earth is salt water. It is not likely that in our lifetime we will upset the balance by desalination.

Countries like Israel and Saudi Arabia and become efficient at desalinating sea water and using it for drinking and irrigation. The US should be capable of using the same technology and becoming a forerunner in desalination technology.
